How Our Network Works

Who Helps You Get Started

Managementdarkness Walk-In Tubs is a referral service. When you reach out, we connect you with an independent provider in our network. That provider is the one who visits your home, writes the quote and does the work. We are not on the job site.

What a Provider May Ask

Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider plan a fair quote.

  • Which option interests you: a walk-in tub, a conversion or a walk-in shower?
  • How old is the house, and has the bathroom been remodeled before?
  • What is the floor like: wood, concrete or tile over something else?
  • Who will use the bath, and do they need a seat or extra room?
  • When would you like to start?

Photos and rough measurements can help. So can a short note about any trouble spots, such as a slow drain or a soft patch in the floor.

Questions Worth Asking a Provider

A good quote is clear. These questions help you compare written quotes side by side.

  • What is included, and what could add to the price?
  • How will you handle old pipes, soft flooring or hidden damage?
  • Does the quote cover drain, plumbing and wall repair?
  • What warranty comes with the product and the labor?
  • Are you licensed and insured for this work?
  • What does a typical timeline look like?

You Stay in Charge

You decide who visits, who quotes and who gets the job. Talking with a provider does not commit you to anything. Take your time, and ask for details in writing. If something feels rushed, step back.
