How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Managementdarkness Walk-In Tubs wants everyone who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring Up

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Managementdarkness Walk-In Tubs
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If work in your home went badly, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.

Please tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Managementdarkness Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@managementdarkness.property and include:

  • Your name and a good way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We then look into it. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Settled?

If our answer does not solve things, reply and ask for a second review. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be another option.
